      FAQ – Livrare și Retur

      Când voi primi comanda?

      Livrăm produsele noastre cu drag, oriunde în lume!

      • În România: Livrarea durează, de regulă, între 1 și 3 zile lucrătoare.
      • Internațional: Timpul de tranzit poate varia în funcție de destinație (detaliile specifice vor apărea la finalizarea comenzii).

      Imediat ce coletul pleacă de la noi, vei primi un e-mail de confirmare cu toate informațiile necesare pentru monitorizarea livrării.

      Pot returna sau schimba un produs?

      Sigur că da! Dacă nu ești pe deplin mulțumit, poți returna sau schimba produsele în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea coletului.

      Condiții pentru retur:

      • Produsul trebuie să fie în starea sa inițială (fără urme de uzură sau deteriorare).
      • Să includă toate etichetele și ambalajul original, astfel încât să poată fi revândut.
      Cum pot urmări statusul comenzii mele?

      După ce comanda a fost expediată, vei primi un e-mail care conține un număr de AWB și un link către site-ul firmei de curierat. Astfel, poți vedea în timp real unde se află coletul tău.

      Ce fac dacă primesc un produs defect sau greșit?

      Ne cerem scuze pentru eventualele neplăceri! Te rugăm să ne trimiți o fotografie cu produsul și ambalajul pe mail: contact@luxen.ro în primele 48h de la primire. Vom înlocui produsul imediat, fără costuri suplimentare pentru tine.
