Când dai prima comandă?

We deliver our products with love, anywhere in the world!

  • In Romania: Delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 working days.
  • International: Transit time may vary depending on the destination (specific details will be provided at checkout).

As soon as the parcel leaves us, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information to track your delivery.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Of course! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange the products within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition (without signs of wear or damage).
  • It must include all original tags and packaging, so that it can be resold.
How can I track my order status?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number and a link to the courier company's website. This way, you can see in real-time where your parcel is located.

Can I modify or cancel an order I've already placed?
